Michael L. Goldberg
Michael L. Goldberg is a partner in the law firm of Fried Rogers Goldberg LLC, where he concentrates his practice on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. During the past five years, he has been lead counsel in seven cases with trial verdicts in excess of $1 million, including a $16 million wrongful death verdict in state court in 2009 and a $10.1 million verdict in federal court in 2010.
Michael is a frequent speaker at legal seminars; has published numerous law-related articles, including several State Bar of Georgia Journal articles; and is the author of three editions of Understanding Motor Carrier Claims, a legal treatise on trucking law. He enjoys working with other lawyers, and the majority of his cases come from referring attorneys who associate him in as lead counsel to prepare a case for trial.
